Our room on the 4th floor facing the falls was nice. The room was very clean and all the staff were quick and attentive and very accommodating. We were there for 2 nights. It was a very memorable stay and we definitely will come back.

We had a great one night stay at the property . Staff member was amazing. Room was ok we expected to have a better view of the falls and a balcony but we didn’t. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom well renovated. We had dinner at the hotel steak house food was amazing but a bit overpriced.

Our overall experience as a family was great. The hotel was directly connected to some great restaurants and hotels, and of course the water park which was a highlight of our trip. The buffet breakfast was incredible as well! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We did however have some minor issues with our toilet getting easily clogged and the heat in the bedroom not working efficiently. However the staff were quick and responsive to resolve the issues. Overall I would give it a 9/10.

Hotel pool was amazing. The restaurant views were great. I have been to this hotel a few times over the last decade and I was surprised to see that after some updates the bathroom needed some fine tuning. The caulking was dirty and peeling around the sink. I would definitely return to this hotel but would hope that they would touch up some of the renovation details.

Room we were given had loud noise from the roof over the lower level, right outside of our window - day and night. Many industrial exhaust fans. Choose a falls view to get away from that. Rooms renovated and very sleek. Hot tub had next to no pressure in the jets. Thought it was broken so called to have it fixed. They came and said, that’s all it does. Very attentive staff.

A great stay at an historical site. Timeless beauty, fantastic staff. Thanks Ana and Anthony for a seamless check in (thanks for the upgraded Fallsview) I had the time of my life. A much needed mini mommy get away to recharge my battery. The energy for the falls and the quiet off season was exactly what I needed. The casino was fun, a little excitement for a non gambler…a few extra bucks in the pocket was a bonus. I had a lovely breakfast up stairs in the rainbow room, looking over the falls. I also enjoyed peaceful morning swim before check out, it was a bit chilly because the pool attendant had just added water…but I didn’t mind. A float around and a quick dip in the hot tub was the perfect finisher before checking out and heading back home with my bucket full and ready to take reality

Room was clean but small, bed was super comfortable. Location is great, parking is a little silly at $45/day. Hot tub jets are useless (its more like a warm bath). Elevators to parking are super slow due to attached water park. Checkin was fantastic and easy. Really 5*. Room 834's window looks out to a roof so no view at all. Breakfast is over priced.

Staff was 10/10 and room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Gym is adequate and clean. Paid 50.00 per day for parking but enjoyed the in/out priviledges and onsite proximity. The beautiful photos of the pool and sauna had me fooled. Sauna was not heating up, jets in sauna not worth calling jets and it was cloudy both days. Adult pool hours not respected by other guests and hot tub and sauna full of kids. Still enjoyed it and if pool area is sorted would stay here again.

The pool is heated, but by no means warm. The jets in the hot tub work at maybe 25%. The walls in the room are paper thin, I could hear everything from the room next door right down to the snoring. Luke warm shower, not enough hot water to finish washing my hair let alone my daughter take a shower. Absolute wonderful location.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, the room was clean and the location was perfect. Regardless of the weather being icy, snowy and cold you are able to access everything from inside.

The hotel staff was amazing, which made up for the few hotel areas that were outdated. Further renovation should be considered but I loved the falls view room.
