It was perfect. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The manager, Aaron and Playa are were most helpful but everyone was friendly and pleasant. The rooms and view were great. The best breakfast buffet ever! Dinner fabulous. The Brocks is definitely 5 star.

Thank you for a quick unexpected night stay at the Brock. The staff was beyond helpful- let me stay until mid afternoon on day of checkout as our car broke and we were waiting for a fix. Clean modern room felt cozy and bed was comfy. Many bars restaurants and food option within walking. Outside crowded bc of the falls but inside my room was great- had view of the falls from our bedroom. Reasonable choice and right across the street from niagra falls- was able to walk them in the morning. Staff was beyond generous and helpful.

In general, we liked the room, except there was an ant issue. Bed was comfortable. Shower small and awkward without a closure/door. We were on 12th floor so the view was wonderful but getting there required two sets of elevators. No balcony. Had I known it required two elevators, I'd have booked the 9th floor instead. Great little espresso machine in the room. Overall, nice stay.

I usually only stay here but this time I didn’t get the room I requested. They thought I didn’t know the room layout and lied and said my request was only available in suite! Which is false! This was my third stay since December and I am not sure I will be going back even though I am a Hilton Member! The dinner up stairs was wonderful and the service was excellent.

Everything was okay, staff is very kind and friendly! I think it would be important to tell if the room has a view of Niagara Falls or not... for the price I paid, I was looking at the indoor pool haha. Also, I had found what seems to look like a cockroach in my room when I woke up from my night. I alerted a staff, but they went to take care of it after I left.

The staff at the Brock Hotel are phenomenal....extremely friendly, courteous, and very helpful. That made my husband and I feel very welcomed (everyday). The views of the Niagara Falls, from our room, were spectacular and the location of the Brock Hotel were close to most of the attractions. Even if we were not visiting the Falls in the evening we had great seats of the firework show from our room and The Prime Steakhouse. The Prime Steakhouse was terrific and our steak dinner was delicious. I would highly recommend The Brock Hotel for your stay at Niagara Falls.

The room is cramped. The shower has no door so it's very easy to make a mess. The door to enter the room and bathroom also gets stuck easily. The air conditioner in the room is not strong enough. The food is okay but the choices need more variety. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
