I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe.

Booked for six people I'm glad one bailed out because it has only one bathroom only one TV and it says sleep 8 dont think so maybe sleep four comfortably and the property beside mine I believe their bedroom is over top of our bedroom on the front end and all I heard was kids running up and down up and down up and down restless night sleep I think that's something you should tell people

It had 1 bathroom for 8 people which wasn’t in the listing. We didn’t have electricity or WiFi for over 16 hours and although I reached out numerous times, the only response I received was to ask what time I was checking out and to make sure the router was plugged in. Although I expressly said that we didn’t have electricity in half the house.

Everything we went to visit it was close to the house, it is just the area where the house is at that is a little scary! But other than that the stay was wonderful! No issues

Dangerous Environment

The actual duplex itself was fine. The area itself - unsafe and dangerous. On more than one occassion there were attempts of breakins on vehicle as well as gunshots almost nightly. Reached out to see if we could move to another property, a safer property - and was told no, it would be no different staying in a hotel as they can not provide a safer envirnonment either. Disappointing customer service.

This was a great experience overall, the house is big and spacious. The neighborhood is great too, quite and parking was extremely easy. Strongly recommend this place.
