I was very pleased with the price, however i booked soley on the fact that there was a pool advertised. The pool wasnt filled, probably due to some issues with it, and thats understandable. I had a nice stay, would have been nice if the office area had snacks or other amenities that may have been forgotten at home. As well as maybe a continental breakfast option, and room service daily for at least towels and wash clothes. Otherwise the stay was very nice and i would return again.

Got in late but Tareq went out of his to accommodate my stay. It worth what you pay honestly. Also the room has refrigerator and microwave, it’s actually better than other Inn around who charges more but don’t even have microwave in the room. Def will go back and stay here again. Thank you for checking me in so late and also let me check out a bit later. Appreciate it

Very basic great owners very friendly but rooms are very basic and dated only 4 channels in the room . But on the good side great location for shopping and dinning . Probably a good option for a night if u are shopping or dinninv in the area

The property is located at a peaceful and convenient location, very close to the Niagara falls. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The Pool as great. I would definitely recommend this property for a short stay.

The property is well kept and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff and owner go above and beyond and do anything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This is the only motel I will stay at after I had such a wonderful experience on my last visit.

Owner was absolutely amazing. Basically became our concierge for everything Niagara Falls. Was very personable. Rooms were updated, clean, and well kept. Will definitely stay here again on our future trips.

Staff was very accommodating. We checked in a little after ten. After that the office was difficult to find someone to talk with; would not answer the phone. With that being said I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, and very convenient location if you are there to shop and go to popular American stores (target, Aldi, Burlington, five below, etc) are all in a less than 10 minutes from the Inn. For the price you pay the Inn is not bad at all, of course don’t expect much but if you are basically out the whole day and just need the place for sleep this would be an ideal Inn. Definitely will come back again when I come back to Buffalo!

Great for a small budget overnight

It was a low budget stay, which I didn't expect much as my budget was low due to staying out of town for new job. Accommodations were what I was expecting, small room(perfect for 2 & no more) with bathroom, night stand, desk & tv w/dresser. No fridge, phone, coffee pot, microwave & no breakfast/coffee service. Would stay here again but not long term as eating out would be costly.

Place is average, and check in was a little slow. Bed was comfortable, place use some maintenence but nothing crazy. Towels are rough and in need of something softer or less used. Check out is very simple leave keys near from door box.
