The whole place was beautiful. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was so nice. A total castle vibe. Nice and big with a comfortable bed and a couch to watch tv on. Our bathroom was really nice as well. We enjoyed the bar and the happy hour food and drink specials as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel close to everything that the Niagara region has to offer. Very convenient as 406 and QEW within minutes. Clean and well appointed rooms. General manager, Lori is simply a pleasure to deal with and truly provides the best customer experience. We will be back!

The online check in procedure was unnecessarily complicated and every effort to obtain a digital key was unsuccessful. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Inn could use a coffee station, otherwise guests are forced to patronize nearby venues especially for breakfast.

Large, clean room with full-size fridge / freezer & kitchen. King bed very comfortable. Odd, but no soap dish or shelf in the rainfall shower - you either put your items on the floor, or on the lip at the bottom of the shower entry (about 5" above the shower floor). Apart from that, no complaints whatsoever. I have stayed at this hotel a few times & would do so again.

We stayed in a suite with the loft. Very unique room. Location was nice- about a 20 minute drive from any of the places you want to see in the region. Plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc in walking distance. Very much enjoyed our stay here. Attached restaurant was pretty good as well.

After a short wait for the front desk clerk check in process was painless as we had prepaid rooms from Expedia. Rooms are spacious and clean . Italian restaurant with bar downstairs was very convenient . The food was good, not great, but good. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
