This property is very special. The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed having the terrace balcony and such comfortable beds. The shuttle service was so convenient for touring the wineries as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and smelt clean. The bed was comfy. The ac is loud but you dont notice it when your sleeping. There's an higher end restaurant on site. Lots of seating and beautiful views. If your looking for a quiet get away in wine country, this is it!

This property is a very elegant, calming, relaxing setting, overlooking the vineyards and beautiful gardens. The location is close to Old Town centre but, far enough away from tourist hustle bustle. The staff are friendly and informative regarding the history of the area. The meals and presentation matched the elegance of the Inn. The interior character of the rooms and furnishings has portrayed the sense of historical days gone by. I recommend The Riverbend Inn and Vineyard to anyone planning on visiting Niagara on the Lake.

Beautiful old manor house converted to a small hotel. The property and surroundings are lovely. The location is good especially with the shuttle into the town of NOTL. The rooms are just a little dated. The staff are excellent.
