Great location, 2 minute drive to QEW and access to the local roads. Massive parking lots. Walking distance to the Outlet Mall. Friendly and professional service by the front desk and service staff. Beds are comfortable, rooms are equipped with a desk and dresser + open closet was available. Clean rooms, private bathroom and kitchen. The place is welcoming, quiet and comfortable + affordable. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you have full daytime agendas and need an inexpensive place to sleep and to shower in the morning before taking off on your daily activities again. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. We went to the Tim Hortons on the second floor of the college building next-door and got our morning coffee and breakfast and brought it back to our room. All in all, this is an excellent overnight stay after a busy day in the Niagara area. And parking is plentiful and free. We will definitely stay there again.

The property is a student’s residence when the college is in session so it is very basic which is not a bad thing. When you travel to Niagara-On-The-Lake you do not plan to be in your room. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff, reasonable price for a night’s stay, and free parking. What more can you ask for?

No surprises at Residence & Conference Centre, you get what you pay for ! Perfect for budget oriented travellers : staff is very professional and knowledgeable, property is clean and your basics are covered. The room could handled some cosmetic renovations though this was our second time staying at RCC and next time around we will still book there. Thank you to Zoé who greeted us in such a manner that you reaaly feel welcomed.

This property appeared to be a former student residence. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the free parking and its convenient location, halfway between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, making it a great base for exploring both areas. The main downside is that the beds are full-size, which can be uncomfortable for two adults. Although the room includes a kitchen, it comes with no cookware or utensils, making it impractical for travelers who plan to prepare meals. Overall, it’s a good option if you simply need a clean, affordable place to spend the night or if you’re traveling with a friend. However, it may not be the most comfortable choice for couples or for longer stays.

We stayed for the night and it was amazing choice. The property is very clean, the bed is comfortable. Room is spacious and bathroom has all supplies. No noise on the level we stayed and view thru the window is very nice . It is not located straight on the busy highway so it is property quiet at night. It is very close to Niagara Falls boats, about 12 min drive. And walking distance to the outlets mall. We will definitely recommend it.

The laundry is not easy to use. You have to download an app on your phone and sign up with all your personal information including a credit card information. Then you have to pay $5 to get a card and deposit some money. Only After all these trouble works, you could pay on the washing machines. But the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady is so patient and helped me solve all the problems. She is just great!👍👍👍
