Our go to whenever we go to Niagara Falls. Super affordable rates and you can always expect a clean room. Work was getting done to the main floor, but that didn’t hinder our enjoyment. Close walk to lots of amenities, including Fallsview.

Our hotel room (2 queen beds) had a good amount of space. We asked for a fridge which they supplied and also extra pillows and towels. Staff were very helpful and professional and gave us coupons for iHop. The servers at iHop were friendly and attentive. The pool was fun but felt a bit small when busy.

The front desk staffs were very good. The Hotel is dirty. Hallway carpets are dangerously dirty as well the room carpets also. The sofa was very old and dirty. Room cleanliness was very poor. We were not supplied with the daily usable soaps, shampoo and toothpaste, which was disgusting. overall, our stay was disgusting.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the room itself appeared clean and the housekeeping staff did a good job, the property is quite dated and in need of significant renovations. Unfortunately, the room had a musty, moldy smell, and there was visible mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing. With some much-needed upgrades and better maintenance, this hotel could provide a much more enjoyable experience.

We had a pleasant one-night stay with our young family of four. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was decent, and seemed to be quite clean overall. One thing we would have appreciated and found quite necessary would have been to have a mini fridge in the room, as well as the need for better lighting in the room, as it seemed a bit dim. The walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls was somewhat of a long walk if you are travelling with young children. However, for an adult, it’s generally fine in proximity. Overall, would rate it to a good place to stay.

Staff were extremely helpful and nice. The building is outdated. The walls in hallway were painted recently but carpet was covered in pain. The room was clean and well made. The room needed some work. The shower barely worked. The AC sounded like it was going to blow up. The bottled water in the room was not free. There was no mini fridge. The fan in bathroom rattled so we couldn’t use it. No coffee or tea offered. Location is great and close to attractions. Everyone who worked there was friendly.
