The Oban Inn is a delightful place to stay. Not only are the grounds impeccably landscaped, but also the spa is tranquil and inviting. Yoko, the spa manager, is professional and knowledgeable about many health issues. Her massage was otherworldly, one of the best I've ever received! The front desk was always helpful, especially Hazel who bends over backwards to make you feel welcome and cared for.

There was no in-room safe and no gym. The room and bathroom was large enough. The mattress was soft and needs to be replaced. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent.

I cannot say enough about the beautiful inn! The gardens are absolutely exquisite! Beautiful pool and hot tub area, lovely room and walkable to the river, and the lovely historic downtown area. Our room was so nice s as nd well appointed. We loved the private little balcony! 10 out of 10!

Fantastic rooms and staff were extremely accommodating. Parking was free. Had great laughs with the staff and they congratulated us on our engagement while also contacting a local nail salon for help when my fiancés nail broke!

The location and room were lovely. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast, but it was very good. We didn't avail ourselves of the amenities because we had other plans. My only complaint was that we were on the third floor, and there was an odd noise that continued throughout the night. We believe it may have had something to do with the air conditioning units. I'm not sure, but that was our only annoyance. I would recommend this hotel and location.

The location is perfect and within walking distance of town and walkways along the lake. The rooms are very nice. Super clean. When Hazel was in the front desk, you struck gold. She is amazing, helpful and enthusiastic. We were disappointed that the pool and spa was not open and we were not informed. Highly recommend this Inn.

The property around the Oban is beautiful. When we were there, they were working on upgrades to the outdoor swimming pool. It looked like it was going to be a wonderful outdoor space when it was finished. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious. The Oban it’s located at the end of the street near water and is very quiet as a result. It was only a 10 minute walk to theatres, restaurants, and shops. The Oban is definitely a wonderful oasis. We had a great experience there and can highly recommend it.
