Excellent choice for people looking to stay close to the falls with family in a very clean and budget friendly motel. We were very impressed by the the cleanliness but not by that just one-two guests partying in the parking lot!

Huge TV, real cable with alot of channels for when you do want to relax a little bit between activities or wind down tonight, and a deep pool. Even let me check in an hour and a half early when I just asked to pre-register. I definitely would stay here again.

Good for 1 night- mostly out during the day. Clean room, easy walking distance to Clifton hill, falls view, coffee shops and parking included which is good when you have a little one. They provide fridge n microwave but we didnt use it. Dont expect more bec its not a high end motel/hotel.

Place is a bit dated, but kept very clean. Really can't complain about anything for the price & location to Clifton Hill. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to others. Barely a 3min walk and you're in the thick of everything.
