I would never stay here again. The heat in my room didn’t work. It was so noisy outside and staff walking around with a trolly at night time! So disgusting and dirty in the room. Underneath the beds were caked on dirt and dust bunnies (not good for my allergies!) and when I called about how I had no heat in the middle of the night they told me sorry maintenance went home at 12…doesn’t help when my children and I are freezing and can’t sleep!

We had a great room with an awesome view of the falls. Jacuzzi tub. Room was clean and very comfortable. Would go back again.

The property is very out dated. There is not even coffee in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby. Check-in took forever, the mini fridge just sits against a wall as an after thought, and the bathroom has a pedestal sink with a tiny glass shelf for toiletries. We had to keep our toiletries in our suitcases. Only plus was the location and the upgrade to a jacuzzi room for the long wait.

It is a good property but motel rooms are outdated and need updating

Fallsview room had stunning views! The hotel rooms need some updates the furniture and plumbing could also use updating. In addition, the tv channels were limited. The room however, was comfortable and we had a good night’s rest.
