Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls offered a great location at a reasonable price, which was very nice. In particular, the elevator moved very quickly, almost like riding an amusement park ride. LOL. I recommend this hotel.

After a very adventurous day, the check-in lineup was extensive. Once at the desk, the clerk graciously upgraded our room to a falls view, rather than a river view I had booked. What a fabulous day to end the day! The desk clerk was most friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
