The environment was neat and well maintained and the room was quite clean but you still some little bottle water to be keep in the fridge for valuable customers who can not drinking tap water and the staff were good conduct but they should be at desk for 24/7 to be to attend to customers at any given time The place is very nice to stay if am coming next I will still booked the Niagara Inn

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Niagara Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. Iliked the property clean quite few steps away the parking lot the only thing indont liked is there coffee machine / and milk when my husband maked a coffee he had vomiting diarrhea he didn't checked i dont.know if the coffee maker or the powder milk but over all the place is nice the bedding its sooo clean i had a good slept.❤️ Dorathy.

The motel was meh. Reasonably clean (other than hairs on a towel). The bed was pretty comfortable but there wasn't space for 3 (and the king listing indicates). My biggest issue was the price (for quality) but maybe that's the market, especially for a same day, weekend rental.

Inexpensive. Bed was comfortable. Good option for a short stay. Wish there was an option for a late check in without charge but I suppose that's standard. Also, the room could use a hook, or a rod. There was nowhere to hang a shirt/put clothes or a jacket. Easy fix though.

When I first checked in, it was lovely interaction then I got to the room and realized that the smoke detector was Chirping so I notified the front desk and went out and asked that they fix that before I return I returned it was chirping again and I notified through the Expedia app. Nobody replied I went down to the desk where they had a child working most of the time, but I was there, well under the age of 15 including overnight they said that somebody would come and nobody ever did it to Church multiple times a minute for 15 hours when I try to negotiate a late check out because I haven’t been able to do any of the activities on the day following this experience they were very rude and abrasive. I believe he is the owner telling me that it would be inappropriate for him to not have the room ready for the next person. he completely removed The smoke detector and as a survivor of a housefire was able to sleep adequately on the second night either in addition there was domestic violence I experienced on site and also my neighbours on the second night were partying well until after three in the morning When I phoned to mention it, he said to me what do you want me to do? He was very arrogant just focussed on getting more money and trying to persuade me. to pay an additional night .. he also scrutinize the fact that I had booked through a third-party and I told him had I not done so I wouldn’t even be here which was irrelevant. I had to mention that he is listed with Expedia.
