From the moment we walked in til the time we left the staff was truly amazing! I’ve never had such a warm greeting like I had this weekend.they have a restaurant right on the property no need to go outside. the gym was well equipped. the staff were lovely. the ice machine on our floor was broken and the little store that sold stuff was not open any time I was there. they were in the middle of transitioning from IHG to Voco hotels so a bit of a mess but understandable.
