The overall stay was great. Clean and friendly front staff. I would recommend having body wash in the shower and for the A/C to not be making loud noises which is a disturbance while sleeping.

The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were very worn. The AC in our room was barely functioning. While several upgrades were done, it was not done with quality, it looked like a random handyman that did it had no idea what he was doing. We did like the area. We wanted to be close to downtown without being too far. It was a 10-15 min walk to the falls which was nice, overall for the price it is not terrible. The property was VERY clean!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The breakfast staff were welcoming, attentive, and very helpful, and we enjoyed the quality of the food each morning. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during our stay. Our garbage was not collected, and the used towels were not replaced or removed, which affected our overall comfort and experience. Improving the consistency of housekeeping services would greatly enhance guest satisfaction.

We called down on Friday around 4 for some more towels and were told room service was not running and we were to go down and get more, which was fine just unexpected given the time. The AC unit worked very poorly and our toilet was continuously running the entire time. Breakfast was good and good service other than that.

I had a little issue at check in regarding me living locally. But besides that, I’ve never had a better sleep in my life. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever laid on. I’d definitely stay there again.
