This place is such a hidden gem! I met my friend here in niagara falls for vacation and she paid way more at a different hotel and this one was cleaner, newer, etc. Recently renovated and you can tell! The only downfall i did find was there are no mirrors in the room itself just one in the bathroom over the sink which was hard to get ready with. Prime location to walk to the falls or anything in the vicinity! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. The breakfast was decent, but the selection was quite limited. My main concern was the check-in experience. Although I had already paid for my reservation online, the receptionist took my credit card for a $100 security deposit. The explanation about the deposit and when it would be refunded was not very clear, and I was simply told it would be credited back within five business days. Unfortunately, my credit card was not returned to me after check-in, and I realized I had left it at the front desk. This made the experience stressful and could have been handled much more professionally. Another downside was the parking, as there were very limited parking spaces available. Despite these issues, the clean rooms and convenient location made the stay enjoyable. Improving the check-in process, staff communication, and parking availability would make the overall guest experience much better.
