I liked how the room looked. It was clean and well maintained. Tv had decent channels, was able to use the Wifi with no issues. Everything was working well. Only thing I wished they had was a microwave.

Great location if you want to visit or stay close by Niagara Falls State Park. Convenient because there is a person at front desk 24/7. They do collect a deposit but return it if no damages are found.

Kalika was just what we needed for one night in Niagara Falls. Very basic, but clean, comfortable rooms, and an included Continental breakfast. They did have yogurt which was a bonus for me. The pool and the restaurant were not operational, but the price for one night a 10-15 minute walk from the Falls couldn't be beat!! The motel next door was over twice the price we paid! Free parking was also a huge bonus for this area. Would definitely recommend, if you are looking for a budget option within walking distance of the Falls.

The property is very convenient and close to the nearby Falls and restaurants surrounding. I enjoyed the free parking and the friendly staff. The room was clean upon arrival. We stayed multiple nights but the room was not cleaned while we were out during the day which seems strange. We never ate the breakfast so not sure about that.

This was a very clean hotel in a good location. The breakfast was free, but the juice machine had only one juice, the coffee was not good, and the food merely adequate...but again, free. The hot water was a real issue. I had to let it run for at least five to ten minutes before it got hot (I was on an end unit) but when I asked the desk clerk about it, one of them was very surly in his response. When I asked the other desk clerk, he gave me the heads up on the long warming time, and was very polite. I wouldn't mind staying here again, and it was a very good price for the area, but it was at best a 2 star motel.
