The hotel was very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was great. Easy access to falls and center of city. The big letdown was due to a problem with the TV reception in the room and the management's handling of the problem. We have problems with the TV throughout our stay. With federal elections were were interested in watching news at the end of the day. They tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. We were there 4 nights. Every room has a card with a hospitality promise that if a problem cannot be fix you will be compensated. We approached the front desk 3 times about compensation and each time we were told there was no manager on duty and nobody was enabled to help. At time of check-out we asked again. Once again no manager. We were promised a manager would call us at our home. 4 days passed with no phone call. I called and left a message and sent e-mails. Still no response. Finally one of my calls were answered by a manager. He said because I booked via a 3rd party his hands were tied to provide compensation. Hmmmmm where does it say that on the hospitality promise. It the end were got compensation equal to about 1/3 of one nights stay. Big deal!!!! I know bad TV reception is not a huge problem but the way this issue was handled turned it into one. There should always be someone on duty that has the ability to deal with a customer issue. Their hospitality promise is almost worthless.

I did not receive the room I booked. The staff asked my husband for a 250 dollars deposit because we were late and the card was declined when they tried to pay for the room. It was further embarrassing that they made us wait at checkout to see if we stole anything from the room. Other guests were looking at us as though we were bandits.This hotel was the absolute worse!
