The room was excellent. I booked the jet tub which did not disappoint. The service was great at the front desk they greet you everytime you walk by, they seem to have a good multicultural background who are cultured to a Canadian atmosphere making you feel at home.

Staff was great! Room was lovely for a Holiday Inn and breakfast included was great! We couldn't get our wifi to work, unfortunately. The restaurant bills itself as "the best steakhouse in Niagara Falls ".....it is just a hotel restaurant. Nothing amazing and too expensive for the quality and portions.
