Staff here are amazing. From the front desk at check in and check out. The restaurant breakfast staff were great, attentive and cheerful, especially Heidi and Cathy. The chef Stanley was great too. All these staff even acknowledged our anniversary, so thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was fine in a basic way. Our big complaint is they do not do housekeeping every day so I had to go down to the desk to replenish clean cups, water bottles, and coffee pods. As well, there was a noticeable ring in the bathtub. The location was handy to both NOTL and Niagara Falls and there was plenty of room to park.

The room was smaller than I expected. When it said 'seating area,' I definitely thought it would be more than a chair stuck in the corner beside the blowing air conditioner. It was quiet which was great. I would not stay there again.
