We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to town as well as to the lakeside park. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The vineyards are close by. They do offer a driver to visit a few select wineries so you can enjoy sampling wines without driving. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Niagara-On-The- Lake. We hope to return next year.

We loved the breakfast and the staff were so helpful. The staff that made the breakfast were outstanding, what a nice touch. Best breakfast ever!! The ac is old and was quit warm in the rooms was my only negative, it was hot outside.

First off, the front desk staff were awesome. They could arrange for shuttles downtown and even pick up. They made registration fast and efficient. This charming hotel even has a cocktail hour at 4:00. Their breakfast was wonderful. I will be returning. Oakville, Ontario

Wasn’t unclean but there was a lot of dust around skirting boards in the communal toilet. Looked a bit tired in places. Well located for a short stroll into town and with nice views. Staff were really mixed - some very friendly, others less so and one woman was very brusque and spoke quite rudely. Would benefit from being able to purchase drinks and snacks - there’s no bar, which is highly unusual for somewhere that has hotel in the name.
