We LOVED this hotel. The best part was that we were upgraded to a room with a view of the falls. That certainly was a WOW moment when we walked into it! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark with the blackout shades. We slept well. The falls are just a short walk away with so much to see and do. The hotel has great places to eat, but we just grabbed coffee and muffins from the Starbucks right in the hotel in the morning and headed to the falls and ate there. (Table Rock House Restaurant and Skylon Tower were perfect.)We used the hotel hot tub in the evening before going to bed. Very relaxing! I thought it would be crowded, but we were the only ones there. We had a late flight the day we left, and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them during the day so we could go do activities. We accidentally left an expensive set of headphones in the lobby when we left. No worries! They mailed them to us. Everyone working in this hotel is so helpful. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Amazing stay! Staff were amazing , could eat breakfast right in the hotel at IHop, and close to all main attractions !!

The lady at the front desk was extremely discourteous, informed us after checking in parking would be 70 dollars (they change the rate as the parking lot fills up, which they do not disclose to you) there was hair and dirt in our shower. I took several pictures

We kept getting locked in our room and maintenance had to come get us out with the computer system everytime and it took forever. We were not credited back for a nights stay or anything. Non of the vending machines worked in the hotel, staff was not overly friendly or accommodating, I would not recommend this hotel.

There was a strong smell in the room and we had to change hotels as they would not give us another room. The smell was like bleach type smell. Made us vomit and they did not accommodate us so we had to pay for another room at a different hotel at 11 pm

No assistance with bags to room, was told we had to get a cart and bring them ourself. Front desk agents not hospitable at all, barely smiled. Overall not a good experience, wouldn’t rebook.
