Not gonna lie, for around $60 a night, it’s a pretty solid choice. Cleanliness was definitely a step up from other budget motels I've stayed at. Even the location is not bad at all. Just a short walk from where all the action is.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The parking was overcrowded on the Satyrday night I arrived and is not free. The room while clean is very well-worn; there was hot water only from the sink and not from the shower. Proximity to tourist venues, restaurants and such was the one highlight. Stay if you want a no-frills place to sleep sort of accommodation.

With this place you have to do a deposit with a credit card when you arrive I never have my credit cards on me so I have used my daughter card ,so I was wondering what if my daughter never takes hers on the trip what would have happened,it my first time have do a deposit at a hotel are a inn,next is you have to pay $17 parking that’s the biggest mess I ever heard you have pay parking at a place you stay for the night that’s crazy. Apart from that it was good

The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were worn and need to be updated but they were clean which is what I cared most about as we were only staying overnight. The hotels are overpriced so the motel was the best choice if you are price conscious. Still overpriced though since it has no amenities and parking is extra. Should include parking and that would be beneficial. Location - close to every thing

We had a great stay at this motel and will definitely be back! Before our trip, I had read some reviews mentioning bed bugs, so I was a little nervous. Thankfully, we didn’t see anything at all, and from what I noticed, no one else staying there seemed to have any complaints either. The rooms were clean, although definitely a little outdated. The bedding and linens were clean, and the room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was convenient. One thing I was curious about was that after most guests left Sunday morning, we noticed doors open while rooms were being cleaned. The linens were changed, but the large blue comforters appeared to be left in the rooms, so I’m not sure how often those are washed or replaced. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof, which was great. We also couldn’t access the back of the TV to use our Fire Stick, but they did have cable available. There were lots of people hanging out on the balconies, which actually made for a fun, social atmosphere and was great for meeting people. The location was also perfect—very close to Chuck’s Roadhouse and the strip. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
