The staff were very friendly and customer oriented. They are dog friendly but we weren't able to take our dog to the lower deck outside. I suggest that they keep the upper deck pet free and the lower deck pet friendly.

One elevator and the matress was sunken in. Had to sleep on the floor. Rough place to stay.
