This is a great hotel for families. The staff were very helpful and the location is excellent with great walkability. The pools were both great, but perhaps a little worn with age. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were able to get an early check in which was great with the kids. Clean room, well maintained property with both indoor and outdoor pool. Really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is conveniently located to all of Niagara Falls’ main attractions. Everything is a walkable distance. The room was pleasant but a little on the dark side as the lighting was not sufficient (in my opinion)

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious and we appreciated the separate toilet room in the bathroom. Location was excellent. Parking was adequate and was reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels we were looking at. Our room had a view of a brick wall but there were other rooms with a city view. No ice machine on level 4 which was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. Hotel had a steak house on the main level which also served a breakfast buffet. Starbucks next door and Denny's across the street made the morning stress free. Would definitely stay here again.
