Most of the staff were good, they answered our questions and were friendly. Some may have been a bit stressed from the buffet breakfast so were a bit short but understandable. Room was ok for the price we paid. The some bathroom items could have been changed as they were obviously older and stained yellow/brown (bath mat, shower head). The AC unit worked but was incredibly loud, luckily for us our toddler was so tired and just passed out without being woken up by it during the night.

This hotel is very close to the attractions, within easy walking distance to the casino & convention center, is surrounded by restaurants, and a decent breakfast is included. Rooms are dated, simple, but have all the basics. This is not a business hotel, as rooms are ill-equipped as actual workspaces, with no desk. It is affordable, the staff are friendly, and have all amenities that a family with younger children will appreciate.

The pool is dirty there is dead skin floating on top of the hot tub and the Jets don't really work properly. Breakfast is okay and the rooms are clean. If you need to stay somewhere on a budget close to the Falls this is your place. $30 a day to park.

This hotel was what I was looking for. I wanted a hotel near the incline rail, clean and comfortable beds, good shower, and a free breakfast. I was only planning on being in the hotel to sleep, shower, and have breakfast. This was perfect for that. The staff was very helpful when I had trouble getting on the wifi (it was my phone not the hotels fault and the front desk person was able to help). I didn't care about hotel amenities because I simply wasn't there enough. It was exactly what I was looking for. Yes you have to pay to park, but most other hotels are the same in this area. Loved it. Would stay again.
