Building was run down on the outside but the rooms were nice. Very convenient location as far as walking to all of the attractions. Plenty of restaurants and stuff to do within minutes of walking. Pool was smaller than expected and breakfast consisted of cereal and toast.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly and even gifted my 3 year old a stuffed animal which was very nice of them to do. The only thing I would critique is the breakfast, it was really busy and the space was small and filled up quick. Maybe expanding the hours to 7am-11am for breakfast? Also I would recommend having more options for food such as omelettes/scrambled eggs and potatoes, halal options, etc.

This property was in a great location, right next to the Waterpark and a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill. The rooms were okay relatively clean but we did notice alot of ants around the baseboards on the floor. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but it is complimentary so that is a plus. Staff was really helpful with all inquiries, pool hours was also a plus

Perfect place to be able to visit Clifton and the Falls! Out of the crowds, but close enough to walk to everything. Staff was awesome. Building in the midst of being renovated, lots of great work already put in. Mattresses are only OK, though.

Based on affordability in terms of price/ rate of the hotel. It's an ok hotel to go It's central walking distance to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. Room clean every day which is great coming back in the evening after a long day on the road to a fresh room was awesome. You can grab breakfast in the morning before you head out. Hotel is not modern and needs upgrading but overall it's ok to stay.

For the price and location it was good. The breakfast was cold sandwiches, bread you could toast and cereal. They literally had a security guard at the breakfast that felt weird. Its a old hotel with some updates. Parking was free, huge plus for this hotel.

It is a clean, mid-range hotel with good service, though the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast is poor—consisting only of toast, sandwiches, and cereal. The dining area is cramped, but the location is close to the waterfalls and many activities, so you won't need a car.

Renovated rooms were nice, limited hot water in shower though, Hallways say they will undergo renovation soon, and desperately need it! Breakfast was good. The layout of the hotel means in you have a room facing the atrium it is very noisy as sound carries from the pool and breakfast area, was very disruptive. Construction sound interior at 730am also disruptive, not sure why they were doing drilling so early. Good location overall, good parking.

The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained for its age. The location was great. Free parking and WiFi were a big plus. However the free breakfast is not something you should book this hotel for. Absolutely no variety. They had pre made dried out English muffins with egg and sausage, breads for toasting and a few dry cereal options. No muffins, no pastries, no bagels, no pancakes or waffles and limited fruit options. I would stay again if I returned to the area but plan on breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is older but staff were continually cleaning. And property is undergoing some Reno’s. Our room was fine for a family and very quiet. Kids loved glass elevator. Distance to Clifton hill was great and we walked to waterpark across the road. I would say the one draw back was included breakfast. Could have had a few more items, bagels, muffins, or waffles. But would stay again
