We enjoyed the free morning breakfast(scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, sausage patties, toast jams cereals juices). The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is showing its age a little with the outside pool needing a facelift. But I would recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 night with another couple and enjoyed out stay. I definitely recommend the onsite restaurant (Wrigleys) The $12.99 lunch was fantastic,

The front desk staff, (Ritu), was very helpful. We needed to check in earlier in order to be on time for an engagement and she was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The complementary breakfast offered a variety of dishes and was very tasty. We would stay at this hotel again.

It's a great hotel with everything you need. It's clean and comfortable. It included a lovely hot full breakfast. It's also close to the Collections Outlet, Niagara on the Lake, and the Lake House restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, very welcoming. I stayed many years ago a few times and decided to come back this year, so happy I did!. The hotel looks like it has renovated.

Breakfast was decent and free parking is nice. The lobby is great, and pool amenities. Staff are very nice. However, this hotel is outdated. The rooms, hallways smells. The washrooms and elevators are small and need to be maintained. Location is perfect but overall I think it’s over priced for the comfort and cleanliness it offers.

Location was good. Staff were very accommodating. While attending the event I was in town for, I tore my Achilles tendon. As a result, my mobility was severely hindered. Restaurant staff were very accommodating for room service as was the checkout process when they sendt a staff member to my room to load my bags and meet me around front when I drove my vehicle for checkout. Greatly appreciated.
