The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Allen was fantastic at check in. Gave us a quieter area as we were there for a death in the family. The lady was polite when we tried to check out early, but couldn’t offer a refund as I booked third party. It was very loud until late at night due to a sports tournament, although I am not sure that anything else could have been done about that. Good overall. Will stay again.

I was a bit turned off at first by the renovations going on however the room was very clean, warm, the pool was clean and enjoyable. The lobby, restaurant and hallways were clean and in good form. The staff were all very friendly and made my check in/out efficient. A great stay!

The rooms are clean, modern, and very well maintained. The furniture is in excellent condition, and overall the property presents very nicely. We did travel with our dog on this visit. We checked in advance—both online and by calling the hotel—to confirm there wouldn’t be any issues. While we appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, it was not made clear during booking or on the call that there would be an additional $30 fee for bringing our dog. We don’t necessarily take issue with the fee itself, but clearer communication upfront would have been appreciated to avoid any surprises at check-in.
