It was a great place to stay as a family! Rooms were spacious and clean and the pool area was a great place to gather and enjoy! Staff was always helpful and working to maintain the grounds. The location was also great and close to restaurants and entertainment areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good location for the price. The hotel is big, so expect a lot of guests going around, but it's a quiet place to stay. Plenty of parking spaces for a fee and good amenities.

We love the pool and hot tub area. We usually stay here for a night before spending a couple of nights at Great Wolf Lodge but, next year we plan to book a couple of nights at Cairn Croft in order to enjoy the amenities there with my family.

The building itself is an older building but the experience overall was above and beyond my expectations. Hotel was clean, Staff was great, and breakfast was well worth it ! Our young kids enjoyed the pool, mini golf and indoor playground more than nothing else we did in Niagara falls.

Our stay at the Best Western plus Cairn croft hotel in Niagara Falls was amazing! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The courtyard area was absolutely fantastic and so much fun for the kids, with activities like mini golf and play areas. The arcade was also a big hit, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything was kept clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed having so many activities available for the kids right at the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful family stay at the Best Western and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, especially families with children!

Love the oasis feel. Wish the pool was open longer and checkout was later. Happy with the free breakfast from the pub downstairs. Parking was 20$/night. Seems steep, glad we only stayed one night.

Great for families with little kids. The pool sits right at the center with high ceilings, good temperature and with enough room, also it's not deep at all, plus there are two samller hot tubs. Access to sports bar and a whole Irish pub right there. We spent so much time in the pool that we forgot about time.

This is a great place for families has pool and a play area. Restaurants and coffee shops are near walking distance and a short drive to the falls. Unfortunately my biggest complain is that there was that the ceiling was how do you spell the ceiling leaking licking leaking that was annoying at night and dangerous for my toddler who cannot sit still.
