Every staff member at the hotel was great! The room was nice, but instructions for things were not explained and the lighting in the room was either blinding or very dim. Restaurants were good and service was excellent.

This was our first stay at 124 and we can’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived we were continually impressed by everything you look for in a quality boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. John, a concierge of sorts, was amazing! The reception staff made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated, immaculately clean and offers its guests a wonderful spa, dining options, a zen garden and privacy. We dined at Treadwell in the evening, which is located on the hotel property. Just like the hotel, we loved everything about it. It’s a farm to table fine dining experience in a comfortable atmosphere. Just like the hotel, we can’t wait to return. The entire hotel property is centrally located in Niagara On The Lake, you can walk to everything. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to various wineries etc. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at 124!
