The stay was great. I got upgraded on my room, so that was a nice surprise! Great view. Quiet. It’s about a mile from the heart of the action, but a beautiful walk to get there!

It’s my first time here. This suite has awesome view in the morning and the location of hotel is great. You can get into the sea easily and not crowd as central area. Big love!

Good hotel, well located, fair price and nice staff. The spa is also a good option! My only advice is concerned with the construction going on just next to the hotel, they were working on it untill 2am with big noise. Not the hotel fall, but not mine either.

Normally, I never write a bad review for anything. But i feel like this time i need to let people know. Before I decided to book this hotel, I had done my research and watch many videos about them. It is all false advertisement. The hotel corridor carpet is filthy, dirty and smelly. People still smoke within the hotel, cigarettes smells and ashes are right by the elevator door. I had to check out 1 day early. During my check out, the receptionist came and show me a picture of the do not disturb sign, the sign got folded a little bit. She asked if I did that, i said no, it was already like that. For god sake, the sign is made out of paper . Pitifully !!!

Lovely Beach Hotel in Nha Trang

Really lovely clean modern hotel. I think every room has a sea view. Staff always ready with a smile to assist you. Daily room service who always replenish the shower gel, shampoo etc. they have thought of everything you may have forgotten to pack. Reception Staff can arrange taxis for you. They also are helpful with the area. any questions at all really. Get a daily discount for the beach area with comfy sun-beds, towel and huge umbrellas for shade right at the waters edge. Also a daily discount if you want to eat next door. What a choice of seafood there. If you want to try the Vietnam culture while having a restful beach holiday this Hotel is ideal. The hotel only caters for a buffet breakfast that has an egg station and soup station too. Soo delicious. the choice of fruit and all different meats, rice, salads breads jams to so many dishes to try your taste buds on with so many different spices etc. Just a short taxi ride is the busy centre with shopping malls, markets and European Restaurants too. We loved our stay at this welcoming Hotel and hopefully will return.

가성비는 지금까지 다른 나라를 포함해 갔던 곳중에 최고입니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 뷰도 정말 너무 좋습니다. 위치가 시내하고 2~3킬로 떨어져 있긴 한데, 아주 시내까지 가기에는 노보텔이나 인터콘티넨탈호텔도 마찬가지고 택시타면 저렴한 금액으로 금방시내까기 갈 수 있고 앞에 항상 택시가 있습니다. 호텔근처에도 로컬시장, 편의점, 씨푸드레스토랑 있습니다. 조식은 조금 아쉽네요~

친절하고 상냥한 고객응대 서비스

이 호텔의 1층 안내 직원들은 정말로 친철하고 상냥합니다. 다만 2층 식당 직원들은 불친절하고 항상 화가 나 있는 얼굴입니다. 축제 기간 및 옆 건물 신축공사로 인해 밤까지 시끄러웠지만 대체로 만족합니다.

숙소의 위치는 정말 좋았고 직원들도 다 친철했으나 너무 많은 중국 관광객들로 인해서 시끄럽고 복잡합니다. 조식은 먹을만 했으나 종류가 다양하지 않는것이 좀 아쉽습니다. 수영장에서 바다보고 차한잔 마시기에는 좋지만 수영하고 놀기에는 조금 작습니다.베란다가 있으나 활용도가 없습니다.

Hotel is in a good location just across from the beach. They need to concentrate on cleaning the shower as it had black mold around the grout and edges of the tile. Staff was kind and helpful.

Service war gut. Immer sauber. Tücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Einziges Problem hatten wir beim buchen des Sleeping Bus nach Ho Chi Minh City. Das Personal an der Reception hat behauptet wir müssen die Tickets abholen ganz in der Nähe. Nach 40 min laufen sind wir an dem Ticketschalter angekommen und der Verkäufer sagte uns wir hätten es im Hotel bezahlen können. Einfach selber buchen auf Baolau.

酒店職員非常友善易幫忙 地理位置一般

地理位置一般不近夜市, 要去鬧市食野逛街就要行天橋大概八分鐘路程.酒店楼下只有一至兩間餐廳進食. 非常感激酒店職員的協助！！今次入住期間兒子發燒 7月16日下午我們在酒店大堂找了 一位女supervisor在她協助下寫了越南文幫我們叫的士並叫司機等我先生買消炎藥給兒子吃再直回酒店。 同日晚上(7月16日 )我們需要額外找兩間芽莊酒店( 7月17及18日住) 亦在她及另一位職員協助下順利找到價錢合理便宜的芽莊酒店。真的非常非常感謝她們！！ 另外我入住當天7月14日及離開 7月17日這兩天的酒店大堂職員都非常幫忙協助我所有的諮詢問題很有耐性!
