We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a fantastic destination. All the staff from the pool attendant to the front desk are ultra friendly, helpful and nice. Vinpearl has a number of resorts on that part of the island but almost all cater to a larger mass market. If you want privacy and laid back beach/pool lifestyle, i can't recommend enough. Back in Saigon and already missing the place.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! All the staffs were extra ordinary kind and helpful. room was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the food basket. all areas were quiet and environmental friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was ok. I love the croissants and waffles. Anywhere in the vinpearl island, you can move by the buggies with ease. Vin wonders was wonderful, no cue to excess saffari, underworld nor any water slides. From Luxury to the Vinpearl golf CC, it took about 10 mins by buggy. CC was pretty tightly running like Korea. I prefer to go any other places.
