찾아가기도 어렵고, 청소도 안하고, 수건도 교체가 안되고, 1층에 식당, 2층에 주방이어서 밤세도록 음식 냄새에, 음악 소리와 종업원 떠드는 소리에 잠자기도 불편하고, 오르는 계단은 협소하고 미끄럽고

Booked five rooms for 3 nights for my wife's family for our trip to Nha Trang. For starters, absolutely none of the photos depict the actual hotel. It's in an alley, not like the photo you see listed of the happy family walking in. The rooms smelled bad, the linens were dirty and tattered with holes and the AC was not working in most of the rooms so maybe it was supposed to double as a steam room too? Once we realized how deplorable it was, I had my family go to dinner while I worked feverishly to find suitable accommodations. I told the front desk person I would be removing all of my family. He said i couldn't. Oh well, we're out... The absolute worst hotel I've seen. Why is it even listed on hotels.com?

Mal localisé sur la carte. À plus de 3km de la localisation. Personnel désagréable qui ne parle pas anglais et qui entre dans la chambre sans toquer (2 fois!)... évidement on était nu. Je déconseille cet hôtel c’est une honte que votre site le recommande !

Location is different as it appears on hotels.com

The location is wrong on the map in hotels.com. The actual location is 4,4 km south from the point shown on the map. I know this because I had to walk this distance with my luggage because I did'nt want to take a second taxi. The first picture is also from some other location, where it looks like the hotel is by Trần Phú street, but actually it is on an alleyway 300 metres away from Trần Phú street. When I arrived they wanted me to pay for the room, although I already had paid through hotels.com. The staff had really poor english skills, so communicating was hard. The room was below average but okay for the price I paid.

Do not book this hotel. When we finally found it they moved us to another hotel that was not worth 20 dollars a night. We were not happy with this booking, you have been warned..

スタッフがいい人でした。窓やイスが壊れていました。それが少し気になった。でも、高くないから仕方ないかな。周辺がとても賑やかだったので、女性一人でも夜出歩けて楽しかったです。
