Dirty, noisy. Very unhelpful. Lied to us about about email follow up. Not recommended. There are many other hotels in Nha Trang that's not at the end of long, creepy alley.
Location off the main road was great as we couldn't hear the traffic but we were still only a 5 minute walk from the beach.
We paid extra to have a bigger room with a window, which was definitely worth it.
Breakfast buffet had a good choice but the breakfast room gets very busy so avoid peak times if possible.
Friendly staff at reception, excellent room cleaning with fresh towels each day.
Restaurants on the main street are on the slightly expensive. It's worth walking northwards to find back street places.
Some staff can be ok and others a little off with you. We wanted to arrive a day early and the person on the phone was very blunt but we were not sure if we should put that down to the language barrier. We were put on the top floor, right under the restaurant, so every morning from 6.30am the lift would beep outside the door and loud troops of people would disembark and climb the remainder floor by stairs as some bazziare reason the lift didn't go all the way up. Breakfast was aimed more for local types, little odd to eat rice for breakfast but we engaged and if there happened to be any left over, there was some fruit and vegetables. We found the restaurant staff at breakfast to be quit lazy and rude at times. Food and beverages were not replenished and we even witnessed the cooks smoking in the kitchen while preparing food. Something may be quite normal but not for us. Overall the rooms were really well laid out and although cosy were designed really well. The shower was pretty good and the room was spotless.

Good location and clean hotel. my room has no window, so it is hard to guess the time.
The hotel was a nice and small, but in a very loud location in the evening. The rooms were a little small but clean and had everything we needed. However our room was very near the lift, which every time it was called or people got in or out, it rang which you could hear from the hotel room!! This woke me up throughout the night, very annoying. Also the staffs English was very poor, which does make communication very difficult!
The room was very nice and cosy. The hotel is new, clean and tidy. Stuff was friendly and speak english well.
But, building activity on the street was very laudly and sometimes last till 1am. The breakfast was pure and asian oriented.
