Very good value for money. The rooms are not huge but great for me. The view is incredible. Staff nice and helpful and always have an English speaking staff member on the front desk. Huge pool as well.

The room is dirty. Upon check in, I informed how dirty the room is. Felt more like a motel rather 4 star resort. They moved me to another room after the 1st night. Room was the same layout off 23 floor vs first night floor 10th. The new room wasn't that much better but I decided to just stay rest of time there. I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff took an excessively long time (over 20 minutes) to check bedding and towels when I requested to check-out. They also engaged in incomprehensible behavior, such as charging for stains like juice that could be easily removed with a simple hand wash. Although the amount was only about USD 10, the very act of charging was so unpleasant that I ended up hand-washing the stain myself before leaving. It left a very unpleasant memory at the end of my trip.

This is a nice IBIS. Looks very new. Super clean. Rooms are big. I had a nice view. Spacious. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops and restautants. Staff are very nice.

Good Location

It is just location in the center of Nha Trang city but just 7 mins walk to the Nha Trang. All the good restaurants are located around the corner, it is very easy to find restaurants that serve international cuisine or local dishes. For the environment, since there are two big construction site in progress, so it is a bit noisy during the during the daytime, which is quite annoying when you would like to be relaxed at the swimming pool.
