“Scruffy / tired hotel. Metal covering for my door fell off when I put my key in the door. Minimal breakfast choice - wouldn’t let me order an omelette so I ended up with one slice of toast and a croissant because I didn’t want a full English or Kippers.”

“Family friendly with excellent breakfast. Communal kitchen and lounge/ dining area. Extremely helpful staff .
The bedroom had light with emergency lighting which is not conducive to a good nights sleep if you are a light sleeper.”

“This is a 2 star hotel yet the only drawback we found was the warmth of the rooms in summer. Given the sash windows I suspect it has listed building status and therefore not much they can do about it. However, modern fans can work wonders.
Otherwise, it was a perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire.”

“The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. ”

“The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. It just needs a bit deeper clean and there was piles of rubbish just outside the kitchen.
The room was also a bit tired. Beds were comfy and there was tea, coffee,...
