Amazing room, bonus with the shower! Friendly staff nothing was a bother! Only thing that needs improvement is they could do with updating their irons in the rooms

Unfortunately, there was a wedding reception when we checked in and couldn't find a place to eat, as all required reservations; so that was frustrating. The hotel itself was clean with all required amenities.

The staff went above and beyond helping us! The 3 late night staff was super friendly and was willing to tell us about where they like to go! Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! Can’t express how happy we are with this hotel!

Nice hotel with Great food

A very nice hotel well sited near to the airport and Belfast. Chairs in the restaurant could do with replacing a bit worn. The food was excellent i could not fault it, and probably one of the best breakfasts i have had in a long time.

Best bit about this hotel: super friendly staff.A huge respect to all the staff including the breakfast team….. Thank You for your hospitality. Only thing it let me down: there was no water bottle in the room. So we had to buy water bottles from bar.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable (with lovely pillows) Fantastic breakfast. Reasonably priced. However, there were a few problems with the rooms. The first room we stayed in stank of smoke. We were kindly immediately relocated. The second room had a broken shower (the temperature dial was missing) so it was very difficult to alter the temperature. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all (and the bathroom has no other ventilation.) We mentioned these things in the morning anftrr our first night and were out all day at a wedding but maintenance had not fixed either of them by the time we returned from the wedding late. The hotels rooms are very close to a busy road so if you need silence to sleep you will struggle. Overall a very friendly comfortable hotel with fantastic friendly staff that needs to sort out some maintenance issues.

Have stayed at this hotel several times now and altho the hotel and stay are excellent unfortunately everytime we have stayed here the other guests staying at the hotel are not..arguing and fighting in the rooms and corridors all night long...wud not recomend this hotel if u are looking q quiet night away

For the most part are stay was good. Although the room could use a little care. Carpet was full of stains some not so pleasant. Did not walk in bare feet for any reason.

I have stayed here for a number of years, each time I visit the province for work. Normally it has been spot on, the food is great. For the 2nd visit my shower stopped and the rooms are beginning to look tired. Staying guests have to wait to eat in the bar in busy periods, I had to wait an hour one night. When I asked if I could sit in the half full restaurant I was told no. Not great. Still a good place to stay but on my next trip I might look elsewhere.

7.0 Rated Economy Hotel. Not 9.0.

If you select hotels by their rating, this is really a 7.0 hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one is definitely not a 9.0. The people are lovely and accommodating. Things that make it a 7.0: the hallways smelled badly and the rooms were dated and lacked the usual amenities and quality you would get for a 9.0 hotel. The restaurant food was bland and unkempt. There is no ac in the rooms so you leave your window open which is near a street and a bit loud. We accidentally booked 2 nights, and may have considered staying the second night, but circumstances came up that required us to leave and the quality of the hotel wasn’t worth staying another night. The hotel refused to refund our second night through hotels.com even though they said they would.

Disappointed!!

There were 2 pillows on the bed so I asked reception for 2 more, these were also flat, they seriously need to replace them all!! Breakfast was awful, it was self serve from a bain marie, food was either warm or cold!!! They had only one woman serving on the Saturday, she was run off her feet!! More staff on Sunday, they spent alot of there time apologising for the delays in food coming from the kitchen, my husband jad finished his breakfast before the bain marie was replenished, he thought I got lost!!

Visited the place during long weekend. Below are my feedback: 1. Property is located Outskirts of the city. Even there are no Uber Cabs available. Nearest bus stop is Ballycraigy Road which is 1.5 mi away, almost 40 mins walk. Even local cab facilities are also not good enough. Hotel should mention the same in the Add. 2. No food menu card in the room. 3. No water provided initially. After calling the reception multiple times got 2 small bottles of water. 4. Additional charges applies if you deliver food in your room. Foods are also costly. 5. Breakfast timing starts from 7 AM. We left the hotel around 7:45 but by that time main breakfasts were not available so we took some Toasts and Tea which is not expected. 6. Main frustration when we asked for some water before checkout. It was ignored and by the time we left no one served us a bottle of water. 7. We booked the hotel as per the customer review which was above 8. however, As per our experience this hotel doesn't deserve 8 rating. Later we found that if any customer provides a good review / Rating then they are eligible for free stay in next visit.(lottery system) 8. However, lady in the reception was kind and helpful else our stay experience is not up to the mark.
