“All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding.”

“The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected.”

“On having come with my confirmation of reservation in the hand the person in charge says to me that my reservation had been cancelled on the part of expedia due to incompatibilities by my credit card and shows an "e-mail" to me that ACCORDING TO HIM Expedia was the person in charge for not having sent above mentioned mail. “La persona de recepción es nefasta y muy grosera, deberían ponerla donde no atienda al público, y es fácil identificar porque es de raza inglesa, lo siento por las otras dos personas que están ahí que son súper atentas, pero esta señora mayor no debería estar ahí, hace que no disfrutes estar ahí y no lo recomiendo porque uno va de vacaciones a pasar un buen rato no a tolerar gente grosera”
