Advertised there was a pool as the first amenity- the indoor pool finally opened halfway through the stay but took another few days to heat up and all feels very unfinished. The outdoor pool isn’t coming until 2027!! They were still laying turf with builders all over and no loungers available for entirety of my stay. Hotel is far from finished yet Great views from the fourth floor room with terrace (but lift isn’t installed yet, so lots of stairs to climb!). Staff lovely

As a first time ,solo traveller, I couldn't praise the wonderful staff at this beautiful hotel enough. They were all so friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble , particularly in the restaurant and bar. The hotel has only been open a few weeks and there are still a few facilities not open but I will certainly return next year when the pool area etc should be complet. Thank you for a lovely stay
