Over all it was ok. The staff were really friendly. The hot water pressure on the shower was very poor and the metal frame bunk bed for the little one didn't sound safe at all so we stuck the mattress on the floor. Parking outside is very limited, but there is a near by street with free parking. Good location from the beaches and just a short walk into the centre of Newquay. Would stay again in the future.

It was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. In sn excellent spot 5 mins walk from the beach. Only downside was when we were there they had a party of school aged children staying so the dining room was not open to us oand guests like us which meant having to search for somewhere to have breakfast or eat in our room. A mini fridge in the rooms wouldve been a great addition

We travelled as a family of three and really enjoyed that the beach, attractions and dining were all in a comfortable walking distance. The staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating. Although there was building work going on nearby (not at the hotel itself) this didn’t disrupt our stay as work didn’t seem to start earlier than 8/8:30am. Room was comfortable, clean and plenty of space for the three of us. Thank you!

Room was pleasant enough but lacking attention to detail - some else's soap and shampoo left in bathroom, no batteries in the remote. Only 4 parking spaces and no available on street parking - had to pay £15.50 for overnight parking. Good location though.

Lovely location.

Lovely stay, very welcoming and informative. Room was a bit noisy at points due to building works on a nearby building. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable and easy to sleep in. Located ideally within a short walk to the beach and high street where there was lots of choices of shops and places to eat. Parking was a bit tight too, didnt seem to be many spaces available. There are other parking opportunities if you need them but you would need to pay/walk to/from them.

Hi, it was not a good experience be honest to share this review with you. As value of money £105 this place was disgusting. Toilet sink was awful (full of hairs and nose buds) toielt exhaust was not working , no ventilation . We couldn’t sleep whole night due to birds noise out of the room which makes us so bad whole night. They should let us know before demerits of this place . Receptionist was good guys but place , its look i waste my £105 in to bin. I should offer them £50 for one night if i knew about this place. I personally wanted my half of money back due to stay in smell whole night (exhaust not working ) , toilet was so bad to use. It was my bad i couldn’t make any video and photo as we was so tired and obviously we are over there for enjoy our trip and release some stress and dont want any drama there so better to post

Very nice people are working there. Very helpful and kind. Great location. Tesco express just round the corner open from 6 to 23 every day, which is a big bonus! Close to the beach, city center and restaurants. Bus stop nearby and car park on the site. But wifi only available in the reception, which was very very unconvenient and very disappointing. And unfortunately was not very clean. Blacl mould in the shower, dust in the corner of the room, stains on the window nets, but clean and fresh bed linens and towels. Overall nice stay just shame about lack of wifi it really restricted

Good, well.priced but beware construction underwy

I can't complain to much given the price. The room was small, but very clean and the bed comfortable. However, anyone planning on staying here should be aware of the construction right outside the window, with banging and a very loud radio starting at 8am! Very relaxing! Walls are thin and you can hear other guests walking around in nearby rooms. Despite the photos here, no teaspoons and very odd interaction with reception when I tried to ask for one.

Staff were absolutely lovely. Free car parking which is great. Fab location close to Newquay town centre. Hotel seriously needs some investment! Shower weak. Toilet roll holder got jammed. But my biggest complaint was the mattress. Very uncomfortable. I didn't sleep barely.
