Stunning location overloòking Fistral Beach. Large, well equipped room with super comfy large bed. We had drinks and food on both evenings of our stay in the Bay bar which we really enjoyed. Hotel has a lovely indoor pool which we made use of. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel

Lovely friendly staff at check on and the bar. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was lovely and not crowded. Very close to Fistral beach, beautiful views from the lounge, some rooms have balconies which looked lovely.

Beautiful hotel, parking is available but limited with very tight spaces and on a hill so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Spa was lovely, staff were amazing, room was spacious. We didn't pay for a sea view, so our view was out onto a very run down and filthy roof top which made it feel more like being in the middle of a deprived city area rather than beautiful seaside resort. It didn't affect our stay, but worth knowing if you're planning a romantic getaway.

Wonderful six night stay

Everything was great. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean and equipped in a modern style. The spa treatment was special and the gym, pool and sauna/steam room facilities were just great. Add to that the stunning views, we had a wonderful stay.

This was one of my best hotel stays anywhere! All the hotel staff were super polite, helpful and kind and made me feel like home. Lovely!!

Really lovely hotel and spa! For the money I'd have preferred to not look out the window to the horrible looking roof though! The food was delicious breakfast staff were so lovely bed really comfy! We'll definitely recommend and come again 😃

We had a fabulous stay. The hotel's location on a hill overlooking a beautiful beach was fantastic. There were plenty of walking paths and scenic overlooks in the area to enjoy. The warm welcome provided by amazing staff especially our hosts in Dune, the topnotch onsite restaurant, was outstanding. My husband and I look forward to our return.

It is a lovely hotel, beautiful views, very calming decor and great vibe. But it is the staff that make it a 5 star stay. From the moment we arrived until leaving, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful.

Amazing break at the Fistral hotel and spa

The hotel stay was amazing just the relaxing break we needed. Of course location was beautiful looking out at the beach and waves was beautiful. ALL the staff were helpful polite and couldn’t do enough for you there was not one single person who I thought could have been better. I’d say outstanding customer care.
