We ended up here by accident after being double booked at another (unrelated) hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after that we quickly forgot about the ordeal from the night before ! The room was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and spa were clean, staff were friendly, the food was excellent. We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

This hotel is in a fabulous location on the cliff top overlooking the sea and has a lovely terrace where you can just sit/drink/eat. It has a very pleasant chilled vibe. The staff are helpful and friendly. Pool areas are good. Indoor pool is a good size. Lovely food. Double shower in our room! Beach is walkable (and fantastic!). I’ll be back!

Comfortable luxury

The hotel is wonderful. Everything is very considerately thought through to make the experience gentle, and luxurious whilst remaining completely comfortable. The staff are uniformly helpful and friendly. We love it!

Lovely spa facilities and really helpful staff. It wasn’t very easy to get a taxi into Padstow unless it had been pre-booked which we didn’t realise but overall it is a wonderful hotel.
