We book a room and sit on the bed and sink almost to the floor. Beds sheet couldn't sleep on them, hole & stain on sheets. Attendance lask of customer service. Ask for better sheet with out stain or possible body's fluid still received bad sheet. And act like it the norm.

Very good for a short stay or overnight! Although the furniture was old it was kept clean and neat! They had new carpet and curtains in the room. No TV or internet problems. Near everything and convenient to get there!. Property was clean! Parking lot was just repainted . Only thing missing was a coffee pot!

Ownership could do better

Third time I have stayed here for business. Good location, seems safe. Owners seem to want to keep it a low end motel. Stayed in room 108 twice in my three stays there. Nice room, clean, everything was fine. Wouldn't recommend for a family stay. People in next room loud, slamming doors, banging on wall.

The property is always real quiet when we stay out there we don't hear a bunch of traffic or loud noises only problem was the ice machine was not working otherwise than that there was no problems

This property has no respect for the people who pay for a room, management do not know what they are doing, they claim to never be there when someone contacts them for a refund. Housekeeping does a horrible job they lie and say that you take things to make up reasons for you not to come back, they're water has been contaminated and turns brown they never twll you until you are about to check out. If you care about a place that actually cares and gives you clean items and not dodge you all the time them this is the worst place to go in newport news. They say they allow service animals but they dont really want them there that catch attitudes and more when you bring your service animal, I would never visit this place ever again.

All transactions were done through a sliding glass with plexiglass barrier. Attendant was absolutely dry and non welcoming. Door card quit working on day 1. The ac unit in the room smelled of marijuana when turned on. Bed spread looked as if a bullet had been shot throughout at one point, washed and put back on bed. I assumed it’d be at least a 3 star due to area but this place is an easy 1 star motel.

My room was clean and it’s close by to a lot of attractions. I didn’t like that they tried to give me a smoking room when I booked nonsmoking, but mistakes happen and they were quick to fix it without issue.

This no frills motel was clean & extremely affordable. They didn't offer any of the luxe extras but it was very clean & the property well kept. It was everything we needed & enjoyed it immensely. Cheap rates & clean is all we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. The manager was really nice & friendly
