Lots of choices and staff kept everything stocked.also very clean. Elevator, clean. Got to my room and bathroom had not been cleaned. I was supposed to be a king suite with a sofa bed and kitchen and was not. Only one elevator was working in the entire building. Through everything the staff were kind and very apologetic. I was offered a refund for my stay.

Everything was perfect! The hotel on the outside looked new. Inside was very nice and clean. The staffs were AMAZINGLY nice, kind, sweet, helpful and courteous. Our room, It sure did meet my expectations. It was clean, nice, smelt good and not like musky. Floors were clean, refrigerator was clean, bathroom was cleaned, bedroom was clean and bed was made nicely. My kids loved how the TV’s had my name on it 😁 It all worked out for the weekend. I will definitely be coming back here everytime we visit my nephew. Thank you Staffs at Hampton Inn & Suites!!!
