I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a space that is clean, cozy, and on the quieter side. My partner and I stayed here and enjoyed the overall welcoming atmosphere of all the staff. We were also happy with the location as it’s very close to Newport, and were thrilled that there was a free shuttle/bicycles to use to travel into town. The onsite pool, gym, and laundry room were an additional perk we were happy to have!

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and readily available to help in any way. They offer a free shuttle hourly but there is also a bus stop nearby that goes straight to downtown more frequently.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was really cute with spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful. There was a shuttle that ran from hotel to town every hour. We would stay again. Only small complaint was there could be more lighter in the room, but nothing to change my rating. They even had a steamer in the room and great products, soap and cream.

The Wayfinder is a beautiful hotel not far from all the amazing things to do in Newport. The rooms were spacious and the hotel restaurant had amazing food. The pool had a great atmosphere and was very child friendly. I will definitely stay here the next time we come to Newport.

Everything you can think of was up to par. Clean room, clean sheets, clean shower, a dark towel for makeup, friendly staff, and aesthetically pleasing decor. There was also a coffee shop in the lobby and a restaurant that were both amazing.

Cute hotel. Clean. The pool area was nice. The shuttle to the wharf was amazing because parking there is impossible. The bed was a little form for me. The biggest complaint is the room was really hot. The air conditioner is surrounded by a panel and it blocks airflow

Stayed with my family of four , teens 13 and 14 and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful, room was clean and the hotel was beautifully updated . You can tell they put a lot of effort in to the property. The bed comfort level was I’d say mid at a 6/10 comfort level. The hotel smells amazing , I don’t know what scent they are piping through the place, but it gives West#% vibes. We loved the shampoo/lotion/body wash scent and we had to go to Thames Street to stock up on the local soap brand they have in rooms. If you’re an Instagram mom that is looking for a cute , family oriented property this is your place .

Lovely property. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Only improvement needed is front desk training. Was not contacted that room was ready like informed I would be. When I checked in I was given the keys. No other information was offered about amenities, where the elevator was, shuttle information, dining offers. Simply given the key and sent on our way. Room was awesome but training about property needs improvement.

My husband and I stayed at the Wayfinder along with our adult daughter, her husband and their 8 and 5 year old daughters. We had no complaints. We requested extra pillows and they were at our door 5 minutes later. We enjoyed the Cafe for a breakfast of yogurt parfaits, a shared muffin and chilled orange juice. Our daughter's family had a full breakfast at the Little Clam restaurant located in the hotel. They enjoyed that also. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and sparkling. We enjoyed the pool one morning and enjoyed lunch at The Pool Shack (yes, it's a little overpriced, but very convenient and delicious as well). The pool itself could use a scrub along the edge at water level and some concrete/tile repair; but, again, we all had a great time. I recommend the Wayfinder Newport highly and will go back the next time we visit.

Stayed here for a week, and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were all very kind, and helpful. We found the rooms to be nice and clean, and comfortable. Loved the little cafe downstairs, Darcy made us an iced coffee most mornings of our stay, she made a great coffee a d we loved chatting with her. The prices were affordable and it was in a nice quiet location.
