This is a three star hotel that should be a best, a two star. On the surface it seems to have all the bells and whistles, however the general feel is that is is old and tired, and needs a really good scrub. Carpets that have seen better days, dust on air vents. The breakfast amenity is overpriced (pay per item( pre packaged gas station type food like breakfast sandwiches, juices and yogurt, seems not very popular with guests. Pros, the area we had our room was very quiet.

Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking.
