We had a wonderful stay! The room we booked had a great view of the ocean (it is noted in the description when booking), and the rooms were very clean. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. Another big plus was the location — it was only about an 8-minute, inexpensive Uber ride into the heart of town. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is a great location and the room was amazing. Only comments I had was when we checked in there was a half coffee left in the room that we threw out. Additionally, for the price there should be eggs and breakfast sausage or something for the breakfast. There were catering pans set up but nothing in them when we got there at the 7 am breakfast time. The coffee was not set up either as we had to go to the lobby for it. I’m generally not that picky but for the price of this hotel one would expect more. The staff was courteous.

This hotel is VERY outdated. The floors in our room were uneven. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was no hand or body soap in the dispensers. The only plus was location as it was directly across the street from the start and finish lines for the marathon. The staff was very nice but the hotel is in need of a major overhaul.

We stayed in the historic side of the property. The location and views were nice, but overall the property (the room, the common areas and the pool area) were dated and not clean. Examples - heat not working in one of the two rooms of our suite, extremely thin walls in between rooms and hall areas, pool area was dirty (dirt and clumps of hair throughout the deck) and had no towels the entirety of our stay, bathroom in our room had stains on the floor and counter that I cleaned myself. The front desk staff was as helpful as they could be, but overall there were just too many issues and areas of concern. I would not stay there again.
