From the moment we checked in to when we checked out - truly friendly and helpful staff, rooms were definitely comfortable. They had great choices for the “grab-go” breakfast and hands down the location was perfect for walking to attractions.

Great location, near Queen Anne Square and Trinity Church. Walkable to everything. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was yummy and we had a beautiful view from the roof deck. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the bedroom. Lovely stay.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and spacious room with high ceilings. Was able to get a free parking spot there which was great. Central location walkable to bars and restaurants, tucked away into a convenient side street. Would stay here again!

Breakfast was great, there was free sangria in the lobby which was nice, we brought some up to the roof deck which was nice although the cushions were wet. Room was nice, unfortunately it was very hard to sleep between the fan making weird noises all night & there were a bunch of neon green lights in the room.

Everything was surprisingly unexpected for a boutique hotel so close to downtown historic district. Everything was exceptional and staff went above and beyond to satisfy our inquiries and directed us to best places to see and eat and purchase items needed on our stay. My friends were here from the Netherlands and were extremely impressed with stay, rooftop, deck for sunsets, proximity to water, and spacious suites. Definitely on my list to book again. Will past on my impressions to friends and family.

Mill Street Inn’s location is perfect if you’re in Newport without a car. It’s centrally located, an easy walk to transport, and just a few blocks from downtown. We enjoyed an afternoon drink on the rooftop deck after a long day seeing Newport. Shout out to Alex at the front desk. He was a great help in giving directions and making recommendations. He has a great smile and genuinely seemed to enjoy making us feel welcomed.

Mill Street in was an excellent property to stay. Centrally located in downtown newport offering a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the water. Incredibly clean and the staff was so friendly. We will stay here again.

The Mill Street Inn was a unique spot with a great location, a few minutes walk to Bellevue or Thames Streets. Our room was more like a suite, had a separate living room and a bedroom. Amenities were great, and there was breakfast that you ordered the night before that they delivered at the time of your choosing. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, especially Lori who seemed to know everything about Newport as a lifelong resident. Would definitely go back!

Overall a wonderful experience. The duplex we stayed in was clean with an outdoor deck and view of the marina. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful with questions. Check in and check out was a seamless process. The complimentary breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning and it was delicious! Parking was included too! Would very much recommend a stay at this location.

Rooms were clean and modern, parking was great to have, roof deck was a great place to hang out.minor issue was the room fridge not working and bathroom door not latching. Staff was great and helpful. The free sangria every day was a nice touch.And the breakfast was excellent delivered right on are preset time every morning. Will absolutely stay here again
