Mill Street in was an excellent property to stay. Centrally located in downtown newport offering a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the water. Incredibly clean and the staff was so friendly. We will stay here again.

What an amazing stay. From start to finish, it was top notch. The check in was effortless and the gentleman was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and well appointed. The property had architectural character from its historical past with nice, clean, modern finishes and fixtures. The staff was absolutely inviting and gave us a perfect "Locals Only" restaurant recommendation to satisfy my craving for local oysters. Delivery breakfast was a good touch. This was our third stay at the Mill Street Inn and it won’t be our last. It’s located a couple of blocks up from Thames Street . . . so close to the “action,” but those couple of blocks bring you to a quiet peaceful spot. One of the things we really like about the Mill Street Inn is having breakfast brought to our room every morning . . . Allows you to have a nice relaxing breakfast in your room before getting ready to go out enjoy Newport.
