we were very impressed with the staff. We were greeted nicely and in a timely manner and anytime we had questions, we were able to ask and get answers. The room was very clean. We liked facing out into the green space rather than the parking lot! The pool area and hot tub area were clean and pleasant to use. I asked for outdoor seating and the front desk person ran and got me a chair and table and set me up outside the pool so I could sit outside and read my book! I loved that!
