The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant. Not everyone uses the stairs, however I do. The stairs had dust balls that must have been accumulating for quite a long time. The door knobs were broken and difficult to open. Those areas should be more focused.

The resort was beautiful! We celebrated our daughter’s surprise engagement! The rooms were great, the bar was perfect and the grounds and decorations were an added nice surprise. They also surprised our daughter and fiancé with a surprise bottle of champagne with chocolates and a note left in their room . We can only imagine how nice it is in the warmer weather too . Thank you for the great stay !

The staff at the front desk and valet parking were very pleasant and helpful. We had a great time and will book again when we come back.
