The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was a great value for the price, and the location was convenient - just a 15 minute ride downtown. Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay. I would stay here again.

This property was centrally located with easy access to Newport where I had some events to attend. The property itself is meticulously maintained inside and out. When staff was not in the office, they left a note with cell phone to call or text for concerns and responded immediately. They did a beautiful job renovating the buildings. I would most definitely stay here again. Excellent accommodations!

Property well maintained with lovely flowers and fountain. Rooms were size of a studio apartment with a minimalist retro type vibe. Everything very clean. A 4 star rating instead of a 5 because it is more of the motel feeling with cars parked outside your room than a hotel feeling. We would stay there again.
