Welcoming staff upon arrival—most important. Then, on to the rooms—very clean. Fresh baked cookies added to the welcome feel. Staff gladly opened the breakfast room to accommodate our request for a table where the four of us could play dominoes. We would definitely stay here again.

Annie, who was at the front desk welcomed us and got us checked in with no problems. Very friendly and professional. The lobby was decorated for the holiday and was inviting. A good inexpensive place to stay.

Besides some potholes right at one of the entrances (not their fault) we enjoyed our two night stay. The location is great with easy access to the beach, multiple dinning options, Highway 101 and the Newport waterfront.
