Fabulous boutique hotel! So much charm and the room was great. Location was perfect and the breakfast was good. The best part was the staff- incredibly kind and more than helpful. I don’t know if the woman we spoke to was the owner, but she was amazing- she had restaurant recommendations and told us where to go to walk around the town.

The inn is lovely and the location convenient. The rooms are very clean. The parking lot is a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Fortunately we do not. If you want to be in the heart of shopping and dining in Newport, stay here.

We loved every bit of our stay at this lovely in. Right in the heart of Newport. The daily breakfast served to our room was perfect for us. Fruit and yogurt parfaits and WARM fresh baked pastries! We loved it. Our bed was amazingly comfortable. We could even see the harbor from our room and toss wasn’t even mentioned in the room description. We would recommend this place and will definitely go back again!
